Brought to you by TBF Racing, The ICE Breaker Triathlon, Aquabike & Dash Triathlon are USAT Sanctioned for 2024.

The races will take place at Folsom Lake. The swim will be in the lake with temperatues in the 60's. The bike course is on roads closed to traffic. The run courses will be scenic and enjoyable along the beautiful shoreline of Folsom Lake.

Included for each athlete is a swim cap, athlete goody bag, hot post-race meal, and a pair of ICE Breaker Triathlon socks.

START TIMES:

• ICE Breaker Dash Triathlon: 8:00 am (mass start)

• ICE Breaker Triathlon & Aquabike: 10:00 am (waves)

DISTANCES:

• ICE Breaker Tri: .5 mile swim-8.4 mile bike-4 mile run

• Aquabike: .5 mile swim-8.4 mile bike

• Ice Breaker Dash Tri: 400 yards swim-4.2 mile bike-2 mile run
